STEAM Adventures for two
Being a parent can feel busy, but finding one special hour a week just for you and your baby changes everything. Our Mommy & Me classes in Bloomfield, NJ are gentle, joyful parent-and-child bonding experiences where you and your little one (ages 0–2) explore, play, and grow together.
With the support of caring teachers and a welcoming group of moms, each class blends sensory play, toddler enrichment, and early learning activities that feel as fun as they are meaningful.
Slow down, laugh, and connect!
Every Wednesday becomes your moment to slow down, laugh, and connect:
🌱 Sensory play – scarves, instruments, water, and textures that spark curiosity and joy
🔬 STEAM for infants & toddlers – age-appropriate activities like colors, shapes, and simple building that encourage discovery
🎶 Music & Movement – sing, dance, and giggle while your baby learns rhythm, language, and coordination
🤝 Socialization for moms and little ones – toddlers learn by watching each other, while moms share tips, smiles, and friendships
💡 Parents often say: “I didn’t realize my baby was already clapping in rhythm until the teacher showed me—now we sing that song every day at home.”
✨ For moms, the benefit goes beyond the class itself: you’ll leave with new play ideas to use at home, feel refreshed by spending time outside your routine, and enjoy the company of other parents who know exactly what you’re going through.

Why choose Mommy & Me classes instead of just doing activities at home?
Of course, you already sing, read, and play with your baby every day—that’s wonderful 💛.
Our Mommy & Me classes are not about replacing what you do at home, but about giving you and your child something extra:
Guided by an early childhood teacher
For example, when we sing songs, the teacher will slow down the rhythm or add hand motions to help toddlers practice fine motor coordination. Research shows that babies exposed to structured music-and-movement sessions develop rhythm and language skills earlier.
Gentle preparation for preschool
Being in a classroom—even for just an hour—introduces routines like circle time, transitions, and group play. This makes the eventual start of preschool smoother, because the environment already feels familiar.
Access to engaging materials
You might have toys at home, but here your child can try sensory bins, baby-safe instruments, scarves, textured balls… Each one is chosen to stimulate a specific sense or skill. Most parents tell us they love discovering “new play ideas” to bring back home..
Socialization for both children and parents
Babies observe and copy each other—something impossible to recreate alone. Studies show that toddlers learn sharing and turn-taking more quickly in group settings. For parents, it’s also a moment to chat, share tips, and feel part of a local community.

Dedicated time without distractions
At home, there’s always laundry or emails. Here, you spend one focused hour each week just bonding and enjoying your child. Parents often say, “This class became our special ritual—we both look forward to Wednesdays.”
